We only gather data that powers lineage decoding, personalized wellness plans, and account security. Nothing is sold, rented, or used for unrelated advertising.
What data is included
Contact details, subscription status, pet profiles, behavioral notes, diagnostic logs, and optional genetic reports. Payment data stays with Apple/Google or our PCI provider.
How long we keep it
Account data lives as long as your subscription is active. Diagnostic logs auto-delete after 24 months, and closed accounts purge after 36 months unless law requires otherwise.
Your controls
Download, correct, or delete data from Settings → Privacy dashboard. Toggle marketing emails via Settings → Notifications. Submit GDPR/CCPA requests at noah@otterspark.xyz.
Security promises
Zero-trust network, TLS 1.2+, AES-256 at rest, hardware key auth for staff, and annual penetration tests. Breach notifications go out within 72 hours.

Email noah@otterspark.xyz or tap Settings → Privacy requests for a verified form. Include your session ID to fast-track the response.
