How do I update or delete a pet profile?

Open the Pawlyzer AI app → Pet card → More → Manage profile. You can edit traits or archive the pet. Permanent deletion wipes traits, notes, and history after a 7-day grace period.

Where can I see my invoices?

Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Billing history. You can download PDF invoices, update payment methods, or cancel auto-renewal.

What diagnostics should I send with a bug report?

Attach the session ID (Settings → Advanced → Copy session ID), a screen recording if possible, and the steps to reproduce the issue. This shortens triage time significantly.
