Quick guides

Reset pairing

  1. Tap Device → Remove sensor
  2. Power cycle the collar tag
  3. Hold the button for 6 seconds until it flashes teal
  4. Re-add the device inside the app

Fix notification gaps

  1. Confirm Pawlyzer AI notifications are enabled in system settings
  2. Disable battery optimizations for the app
  3. Ensure Wi-Fi Assist or Adaptive Connectivity is on
  4. Run the in-app notification test

VoiceOver and TalkBack are fully supported. Audio descriptions for charts are available under Settings → Accessibility → Audio cues.
