Agreement basics
Using the app means you accept the full Terms of Service. We update the agreement when regulations change and ping you in-app before anything important goes live.

Account ownership
Keep your login private. If the device is lost, head to Settings → Security → Sign out everywhere. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or fraud.
Billing & cancellations
Subscriptions bill through your app store and renew automatically. Cancel from the store or Settings → Subscription at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Use responsibly
Content must stay respectful, legal, and pet-focused. No reverse engineering, automated scraping, or sharing health intel as medical advice without credentials.
Liability limits
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for indirect damages. The most you can claim is the amount paid in the past 12 months. Some locations may grant additional rights.
